Profile
Matching Engineers with Teams They’ll Love
Arjun leads Copperleaf’s technology and operations searches, from backend engineers to warehouse leadership. Before recruiting, he spent six years in IT operations — so he interviews with a practitioner’s eye and spots resume polish a mile away.
Candidates know him for honest feedback and fast loops; clients know him for shortlists where every name is interview-ready. He led the technical screening behind the Northgate manufacturing drive.
